Maple Stop Privacy Policy

Maple Stop is a spending tracker. It is built so that your information stays with you.

What we collect

Nothing. Maple Stop does not collect, store, sell or share any personal information. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking.

Your data

The entries you log (items, prices, dates, notes) and your settings are saved only on your iPhone, in the app's own storage, so the app and its Home Screen widget can show them. They are never sent to us or to anyone else. If you use the share button on a receipt, you choose where it goes.

Deleting the app deletes this data. Your data may be included in your own iPhone or iCloud backups, which are handled by Apple under your Apple account settings.

Siri

If you log entries with Siri, Apple processes your voice request under Apple's privacy policy. Maple Stop only receives the item you asked to log.

Purchases

If Maple Stop offers optional purchases in the future, payment is handled by Apple. We do not receive your payment details.

Children

Maple Stop does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
